Where can I find my subscriptions?
You can find your subscriptions in the shop under the “Rental Packages” menu.There, all active as well as inactive or already cancelled rental contracts are clearly displayed.
How can I view active or past rental contracts?
You can access both active and past subscriptions.Contracts that have already ended will remain visible so that you always have an overview of your previous bookings.
What information does my subscription include?
By clicking the “Show details” button, you can access the detailed view of the respective subscription.Depending on the contract, you may also have options such as requesting an exchange or cancelling the rental package directly.
